Biodynamics draws on this ancestral wisdom, recognising not only the forces of the sun and moon but also the subtle influences of the planets and stars. By working with these cosmic cycles throughout the growing season, biodynamic gardening seeks to bring balance and vitality to the garden as a living organism.
