A day for those who are interested in developing a wildlife friendly meadow garden. Spend a session with Clive Leek, learning the art of scything. Clive will teach you how to set up the scythe and the correct stance for using one before leading you in a supervised session where you can hone your skills. Estate manager, Andre Tranquilini, will lead a session in the meadows and naturalisticNew Garden, offering insight into the key indicator species of flora in the meadows and the life they support.

In order to stay in line with government guidelines and keep you safe during your visit, we have put the following measures in place:

All veg box orders are available for collection on a Friday, from (time tbc), from The Ormandy Field. The postcode is SL6 3JH. Directions

Our staff will wear a mask at all times when serving you.

Please observe social distancing and give people space at the collection point.

We ask all visitors to monitor their own health and social contacts prior to the visit.  If you feel unwell, have a fever or have contact with anyone who then develops Covid-19 in the days running up to your collection please cancel and we will refund or rebook you for a later date.
