Join Waltham Place cooks and gardeners Harry, David, Sophy and André for an experience of authentic summer cooking. Come and harvest seasonal vegetables and fruits from the biodynamic kitchen garden, learn delicious new recipes, fire building and outdoor cooking techniques. Then share the creations together with an early supper in the kitchen garden.
We will be demonstrating the use of different cooking medias such as an outdoor pizza oven and a Konro Grill. The day will be packed with practical tips for growing and harvesting vegetables and is suitable for families.
